Our Seventh Year! 2010 Milford Demonstration Day Sunday, October 10 • 2010 Plains Park on Route 85 (Cedar Street) • Milford, MA Setup starts at 8:00AM • Flying from 10AM to 2PM Did you ever wonder what it might be like to fly a radio-controlled model airplane? Well...here's your opportunity! The Milford Parks Department and the Millis Model Aircraft Club have teamed up again to provide a day of flying, demonstrations and just plane fun...all for free. It doesn't matter if you are 8 or 80...guy or girl, come give it a shot. It's a great hobby that anyone can enjoy. • FREE introductory lessons given by experienced instructors • Flight Demonstrations • Meet our members and ask questions about the hobby • Plus other surprises! As with our full-size counterparts, the weather can effect our ability to fly. Strong, gusty winds or rain might ground us...but if it's nice, we'll be flying!
Plains Park in Milford, MA is just of Route 495 at Exit 20. Take Route 85 South past the Wendy's and Granite Gulf...about 1/4 mile and just past Pine Grove Cemetery you will see the park on your right.
